What happens if I received a faulty/damaged or incorrect product?

Everything has a solution! If that's the case, please accept our apologies. Although we always prepare all our orders with care and love, it might still happen a mistake in the preparation, or an incident during the delivery. No worries though, you'll simply need to email us at support@homegrowncannabisco.com and we'll be happy to help. Please ensure that you include the details of your order (ie order number and full name) and a picture of what you received, including all packaging. We'll then get back to you as soon as possible.

I followed the germination guide but my seeds didn't germinate. What can I do?
